How We Use Your Information
The information you provide is used solely for: • Reviewing your story submission for publishing consideration. • Contacting you if your submission is shortlisted. • Maintaining records of submissions received. We do not use your information for marketing purposes, and we do not sell, trade, or transfer your information to third parties without your consent, except where required by law.
Email Communications
Submission data is transmitted to our team via EmailJS, a third-party email delivery service. Your submission data is transmitted securely and is not stored on EmailJS servers beyond the duration of transmission. We may contact you at the email address provided in your submission if your story is shortlisted.
Data Retention
We retain submission data for a period of 12 months following the submission date. After this period, submission records may be deleted or anonymised. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at entrocomedy@gmail.com.
