By accessing or using nishantcreations.com ("the Website") or submitting a story through our Author Submission Portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our Website or submission services.
Story Submissions
By submitting a story through our portal, you confirm that: • You are the sole author and owner of the submitted work. • The work is original and does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party. • The work is not under any existing publishing contract with another party. • All information provided in the submission form is accurate and truthful. Submission does not guarantee publication. Nishant Creations reserves the right to accept or reject any submission at its sole discretion.
Intellectual Property
All submitted content remains the intellectual property of the original author. By submitting your work, you grant Nishant Creations a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to read and evaluate your submission for publishing consideration. This licence does not transfer ownership of your work and does not grant us the right to publish, distribute, or otherwise use your work without a separate written agreement.
Selection Process
Nishant Creations will review all submissions and may select up to 3 authors per selection cycle for publishing consideration. If your work is shortlisted, you will be contacted via email. If you do not receive communication within 20 days of submission, your submission was not selected in the current cycle. Nishant Creations is not obligated to provide feedback on unsuccessful submissions.
Limitation of Liability
Nishant Creations is not liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from the use of our Website or submission portal. We do not guarantee the security of data transmitted over the internet and are not responsible for any breach of security or data loss beyond our reasonable control.
Changes to Terms
Nishant Creations reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Website. Your continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
